The Ingredient Mixer Attendant- batter line is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients is combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato base product. The person in this position monitors, evaluates and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to ensure a proper blend of ingredients is applied to the product.
Accountabilities: Prior experience in a potato processing facility is a plus.
Hourly rate: $19.96 - $22.17
$1.50 shift differential for graveyard positions.

The Ingredient Mixer Attendant- batter line is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients is combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato base product. The person in this position monitors, evaluates and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to ensure a proper blend of ingredients is applied to the product.
Accountabilities: Prior experience in a potato processing facility is a plus.
- Operates equipment related to the batter application on the batter fry line.
- Loads and unloads materials utilizing the forklift
- Performs preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks and routine adjustments on line equipment, follows maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collects samples and inspects product for quality requirements.
- Responsible for cleanup activities on equipment and related areas.
- Insures sanitation practices and procedures adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Accurately completes required reports and records
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees.
- Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
