McCain Foods is accepting applications for an IQF System Operator position, to work a 12-hour day shift at the Burley, Idaho plant.
IQF System Operator is responsible for ensuring that quality hash brown products are packaged efficiently while meeting quality specifications for those products. A person in this position is also responsible for the efficient use of packaging supplies and equipment, and for the supervision of line personnel.
- Prior experience as an Operator in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must have ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form, as well as the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
