McCrum is a division of McCain Foods USA.
- Operate and monitor processing equipment and production lines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, food processing, or industrial experience is an asset.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation Package: Starting at $20 USD hourly $1.50 differential for applicable shifts
