Job Summary- Night Closing Manager, FT

Job Summary: We are seeking a mature, responsible individual with business experience for a Night Closing Manager position. Applicants must have experience leading, managing, and interacting with both associates and the public preferably in a retail setting. This person will be responsible for the operation of the store when the Store Manager or the Assistant Store Manager is not present. Candidates will need to be available most weekends.

Principal Duties:

• Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered in all departments.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for all store associates.

• Other duties as assigned by store managers

Physical Demands:

Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time
