- Seeking a Managing Attorney for our Virginia office
- The ideal candidate will be personable with a leadership background and five to eight years’ Virginia creditors’ rights experience

- Previous management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership across firm
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to handle a large volume of cases with speed and accuracy
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Attending hearings and status conferences
- Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
- Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
