- Candidates with 6 years of foreclosure experience eligible to work in VA office

- Juris Doctorate and member in good standing
- Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking is a plus
- Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Attending hearings and status conferences Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
- Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
