INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Robert McCabe Company, Inc., DBA McCabe Lumber located in Loveland, OH, a leader in the Building Material and Lumber Industry, is looking for a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business within existing and competitive accounts, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, while driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our current and competitive customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of customers and prospective customers
- Guide customers through sales process by demonstrating features and benefits of products as well as providing information and solutions to meet their needs
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring positive customer experience
- Utilize design & marketing tools to create product quotations and orders
- Collaborate with team members, customers, and vendors to find solutions
- Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Prior Knowledge of Building Materials and Lumber, helpful
- Prior Sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong computer skills and the ability to master new software programs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Ability to work independently
