The Operations Manager is responsible for overall site production operations, creating a safe, efficient and cost-effective work environment.

  • Directs activities to assure safety, quality, delivery and cost meet targets.
  • Develops and executes corrective actions using structured root cause analysis and Lean Policy Deployment methodologies.
  • Form teams to improve productivity, decrease lead times, reduce waste and attain customer quality requirements.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
