MCC Family Services is expanding our Family Based Program and seeking Family Based Clinicians to provide intensive family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families across Delaware and Chester Counties. MCC has provided stable, community based behavioral health services since 1997 and offers a structured clinical environment with strong supervision, training, and long term growth.

Your Role as a Family Based Clinician
- Work as part of a two-person clinical team (Counselor and Therapist)
- Deliver intensive family therapy to children, adolescents, and their families
- Conduct sessions primarily in clients’ homes or community settings within Chester County
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision (about 10% of time in the Malvern office)
- Maintain availability for 2–3 evenings per week to meet family schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related clinical field
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required clearances:
- Child abuse clearance
- Criminal background check
- FBI fingerprinting
- Drug screen
Schedule and Location
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Day and evening shift availability required
- On-call rotation as needed
- On the road with occasional office time in Malvern, PA
