MCC Tax Experts is looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our team at our Surprise, AZ office for the next tax season (January–May).
This is a W-2 employee position where you'll be the sole tax professional running your own office — with competitive pay, a tax season bonus, and real long-term potential. We're open to the right person eventually taking over the office and established client base, making this a true pathway to practice ownership.
About the role:
✅ Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required
✅ Your own office — you'll be the sole staff member running the location
✅ Conveniently located at Reems Rd & Grand Ave in Surprise, just across from Sun City West
✅ Approximately 250 in-person clients — primarily seniors who value a personal, trusted relationship
✅ Software, hardware, and admin support fully provided
