Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive out of our office located in Brentwood, TN. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and focused on delivering excellent service.
This is a hybrid role in that you'll be in the office and out in the field. You must live in the Middle Tennessee or surrounding county areas to be considered as our territories range within 100 miles of Nashville, TN.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Experience in Team Leadership to collaborate and contribute within a team setting
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Compensation
1st Year OTE $75,000-$85,000 Annually

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
