Commercial Cleaner

Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned commercial properties, ensuring all areas such as lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors; empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, as well as restroom and breakroom inventory.
- Identify and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns promptly to management.
- Monitor public and common areas daily for potential safety hazards and report concerns as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company cleaning standards to maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
- Ensure doors, windows, and entry points are properly secured when required, including at closing.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as hallways, elevators, stairways, and shared spaces.
- Perform additional cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- A sense of hospitality, integrity, pride in your work and a love for cleanliness and organization
- Extreme attention to the smallest detail
- Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored
- Must have a reliable vehicle and drivers license
Preferred:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Experience in commercial, residential, or post-construction cleaning
