What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production setting
- Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
- Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
- Team‑oriented mindset and desire to learn
- Hourly pay varies by role and experience (recently increased)
- Pay ranges from $20/hr - $27/hr starting rates, dependent on role & experience
- Shift differentials: $1.00/hr for 2nd shift, $2.00/hr for 3rd shift
- Multiple shifts available depending on position
- Overtime opportunities based on production needs
