Program Overview

This 24-month Rotational Program Is Designed For High-potential Candidates Seeking a Career In Sales And Commercial Leadership. Participants Will Rotate Through Three Key Areas

• Customer Service Rotation (4-6 months)
• Learn MCC’s World Class Service model.
• Gain hands-on experience managing customer orders, resolving complaints, and supporting capacity planning.
• Develop analytical and communication skills while mastering MCC’s business systems.
• Sales Support Rotation (6 – 8 months)
• Participate in cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization.
• Partner with Account Manager to manage customer timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Gain an understanding and experience in sales enablement tools.
• Account Management Rotation (12 months)
• Own strategic account planning and customer engagement.
• Support bids/RFPs, forecasting, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive growth and profitability.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong internal and external relationships across departments and customer accounts.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Participate in sales reporting and CRM management.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers and MCC teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Passion for customer service, project execution, and strategic sales.
