About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on estimating, financial performance, client communication, and overall project success. This role works within a structured team environment where field execution, administration, and business development are clearly defined.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the estimating and bid process for assigned projects
· Develop detailed budgets, scopes, and bid packages
· Manage project budgets and ensure overall profitability
· Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project execution
· Lead subcontractor buyout and contract management
· Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
· Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Superintendents
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
· Support project closeout and final documentation
Qualifications
· 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
· Strong estimating and preconstruction experience
· Strong understanding of construction processes and financial management
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Experience with Procore or similar software preferred
