Landscape Technician

McBride's Blue Collar Construction, LLC is a small business that works throughout Central Pennsylvania area with the home location being in Newville.

We're looking to hire an individual to serve as a Lawn Care Technician and Snow Removal technician in the winter months. Looking for a candidate with willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is required, we are willing to train on the job for the right candidate. Candidates must be able to work independently and adhere to a changing schedule. Looking for somebody that can handle a full day of physical labor as this job is hard work.

Position is for an outdoor position so must be able to work in all conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a team to provide quality customer care for all customers
• Use a variety of power tools to care for lawns
• Maintain customer relations with constant communication
• Prepare customers' property as requested

Qualifications

• High communication skills and honesty
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Proven time management
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• No experience necessary

4-5 days long days during the week or weekend position.

• 8-12 hour shift
