Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a face-to-face, in-person sales capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in person. You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to build relationships in person.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions, addressing client inquiries and concerns face-to-face.
  • Accurately enter data into our systems while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analyze customer needs during in-person meetings and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly in-person.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally in an in-person setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers face-to-face.
  • Ability to analyze customer issues in-person and provide effective solutions.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
