Job Summary
Small real estate firm is seeking a part-time or full-time experienced transactional real estate paralegal. The applicant must have experience in real estate transaction and must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The applicant will also have to manage files, contracts and closing documents efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate documents such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, title reports, and closing statements
- Manage real estate transaction files
- Coordinate communication with clients, vendors and other staff
- Track deadlines, preparing status reports, and maintaining detailed records of transactions
- Review titles, survey reports, and due diligence materials to identify potential issues or risks
- Perform document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry to maintain high-quality legal documentation
Skills
- Proven experience in real estate law with a strong understanding of real estate transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Effective proofreading skills to ensure error-free legal documents
- Administrative expertise including filing, data entry, clerical tasks, and maintaining meticulous records
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with title companies, other real estate offices, brokers and any parties to a real estate transaction.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
