Requirements
- Face-to-face customer service and/or sales experience (for example, retail sales)
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills
- Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor
- Must be available to work every weekend, with 2 days off between Tuesday and Thursday until January 1st, 2026. After that date, McBride sales associates will only work 1 weekend day per week and one late evening every week on a rotating schedule (rotates Saturday or Sunday off). With the 2026 block schedule, sales associates will have a 3-day weekend every other week (Sun, Mon, Tues)
- Must be technology savvy
- Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required
