Responsibilities
- Managing schedules for various trades
- Performing quality checks
- Assisting with final punch list completion
- Loading/unloading truck and hauling/hoisting materials
- Maintaining and securing job sites to eliminate potential hazards
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational school or trade experience a plus
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- 2 or more years of experience working on a job site
- Experience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion preferred
- Ability to lift items 50-100 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
