Residential Cleaning Technician (Full and Part-time Available)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents
• Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques to restore their shine and durability
• Provide superior client service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining our high quality standards

Skills

• Verifiable experience in hotel, resort, or residential cleaning or janitorial work.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types
• Ability to perform sanitation tasks thoroughly while adhering to health guidelines and safety standards
• Superior customer service skills and a friendly, helpful, attitude that fosters positive client relationships
• Experience with laundry processes and responsibilities enhances your versatility in the role
• Familiarity with general housekeeping equipment and supplies ensures efficient cleaning operations

*Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work between 7AM and 5PM M/F. No weekends.

*Must satisfactorily meet pre-employment background check and drug-screen requirements.

Full-time positions are 35-40 hours per week and are benefits eligible. PT positions are 20-34 hours per week and are not benefits eligible.
