Job Description:
- Order Delivery: Expedite and deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and presentable manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet presentation standards.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests professionally and warmly, answering basic questions about the menu and addressing any immediate needs.
- Table Maintenance: Assist in keeping the dining area and service stations organized, clean, and stocked. Remove used dishes and refresh table settings quickly.
- Support Team Operations: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate order timing, support servers during peak times, and maintain an efficient service flow.
- Quality Control: Perform final checks on food items before they reach guests, ensuring all specifications, modifications, and presentation requirements are met.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Follow health and safety regulations in all tasks, keeping high cleanliness standards in all work areas.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
