We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business growth while delivering thoughtful, needs-based insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and working in a stable, people-first environment.
- Base salary $17-$20 an hour based on experience
- Year-end total with base commission bonus opportunities would be $45,000 - $70,000
- Work-from-home flexibility

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospect for new business through outbound and inbound opportunities
- Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations with prospects
- Cross-sell policies within the existing book of business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
- Active insurance license required
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Clear and confident communication abilities
- Experience with needs-based selling conversations
- Comfort working toward performance goals and commission structures
- Coachable mindset with a desire to grow and improve
