Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Complete projects within specified timelines while adhering to project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification in painting or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
