This job is for a laborer at McAree Mason Contractors. The job is dynamic and fast moving and requires the following job skills. The applicant must be able to mix mortar. The applicant is expected to be able to mix mortar by hand and with a mortar mixer. The applicant is expected to be able to run stone saws. The applicant will cut brick and stone as a requirement. The applicant will be required to setup and tear down scaffolding. The applicant will be on the scaffolding and must not have a fear of heights. The applicant will be required to manually move brick and block. The applicant must be able to read a measuring tape to make cuts to materials. McAree Mason Contractors requires a minimum of two years experience in construction. A valid drivers license and transportation is required of the applicant. The daily meeting place for work is in Bristol, CT. The applicant must pass a drug test before employment. The starting pay for this job is $22 per hour. The job is part time and potentially leading to full time. We are currently looking for an applicant to work 16-24 hours per week. The applicant must have a working phone number to be contacted for work. The applicant must have verifiable work experience and a reference to be considered for this job posting.
