The ideal candidate will have experience litigating commercial, construction or real estate disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Collaborate with firm partners to develop litigation strategies and deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
- 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, construction, or real estate disputes.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
