We’re intentional about hiring and retaining individuals whose values and attributes align with our team:Humbe, Resilient, Honest, Driven, Team Player, Emotionally Intelligent, Passionate, Dependable, Flexible and Accountable.If this is you, let's take the next step:EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:Experience in managing Water and Wastewater construction projects valued at $15M–$125M.Experience with design-building or CM/GC (Construction Manager at Risk) delivery for these projects is a definite plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.Safety standards knowledge including OSHA 30 or greater.Self-starter with strong leadership skillsSoftware: Bluebeam, Procore, Outbuild, PrimaveraTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Oversee all field operations related to civil, structural and mechanical scopes on water / wastewater treatment plant construction projects.2. Create a proactive safety culture that encourages “safety first” thinking and performance.3. Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure work aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and contract standards.4. Direct and sequence work involving earthwork, trenching, underground utilities, structural concrete, and mechanical piping/equipment5. Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-interval and specialty schedules, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.6. Oversee daily field operations and manage site personnel and subcontractors7. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution8. Ensure customer satisfaction through project completion and turnover9. Resolve field issues, RFIs, and change orders quickly and effectively10. Quality Control: Ensure precision in formwork, concrete placement, curing, and finishing, pipe installation, mechanical equipment, while maintaining durability and compliance with the project requirements.11. Maintain daily communication with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to address field challenges and optimize productivity12. Assist with developing and updating 3-week look-ahead schedules and overall construction timelines13. Lead daily huddles and monitor jobsite progress, quality control, and workforce efficiency14. Review plans and submittals, coordinate material deliveries.15. Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.16. Enforce and monitor site safety practices, including Pre-Task Plans and compliance with OSHA standards17. Have a thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a Current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items.18. Ability to travel to jobsites throughout the PNWINTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:Lead and mentor field crews, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.Ensure productive and consistent communication between field and office staffAssist in subcontractor related problems and crucial conversations to mitigate potential issues and minimize impacts to job performance. Communicate issues and concerns with project manager and project executive.Identify opportunities to provide further personal development for individual reports.Exhibit ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.Serve as mentor and show exemplary interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
