McAllister Delivery (FedEx Ground Contractor) is hiring full‑time delivery drivers based out of the Joplin, MO terminal, serving Neosho, Seneca, Cassville, Pineville, Purdy, Wheaton, Granby, and surrounding areas. No experience needed — weekly pay, paid training, fast hiring, and a supportive team.

⭐ Pay & Schedule

• $17.50/hr starting pay
• Full‑time: 5 days/week (6 during peak season)
• Weekly pay

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Operate a FedEx Ground delivery truck
• Load/unload and inspect your vehicle daily
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service

⭐ Requirements

• 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• MO applicants need Class E before start date
• KS/OK licenses accepted
• Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screen (includes THC)
• Lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation and communication
