Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate POS system efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Handle food with care and follow proper food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure timely service to customers.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer experience.
Qualifications
- POS, Food service, and Quick service & fast food restaurant experience
- Customer service skills and cash handling proficiency
- Food handling knowledge and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to work in a team
- Aloha POS or Micros POS experience a plus
- Food preparation and kitchen experience beneficial
