What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing
food safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting the entire restaurant
team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing
sandwiches, spuds, salads, and menu items to McAlister’s standards
- Maintaining
speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods
- Keeping
a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Following
prep recipes and portion standards
- Communicating
with teammates to ensure orders are completed quickly and correctly
- Supporting
the team during peak periods and helping maintain kitchen flow
- Taking
pride in delivering food that guests will love
