Responsibilities:
- Welcomes the guests as they come into the restaurant
- Interacts with guests in the most polite manner possible
- Takes orders made by guests at the counter, take payment from guest and deliver accurate change
- Promotes up-selling
- Attention to guests needs and responds appropriately to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and noting their suggestions
- Pre-bussing and bussing tables
- Doing dishes
- Running food
- Working take-out window
- Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
