What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOH Team Member position at McAlister's Deli?
McAlister's Deli Fayetteville is hiring BOH for all shifts all positions. A strong work ethic, the ability to work at a fast pace, and get along with other team members is all strongly encouraged for this position. Previous restaurant experience is also a plus. Pay Varies based on experience.
BOH Position:
- Maintains food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils in a sanitary manner.
- Manages sanitation, health and safety standards in all back of house work areas.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food orders as they are put through the POS system.
- The team member is also responsible for maintaining the quality standards of the products he/she prepares.
- All other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
