What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN, Rehab position at McAlester Regional Health Center?
Provides direct and indirect patient care through the application of the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating care rendered. Care provided will address physical, psychosocial, rehabilitative, and discharge needs of the patient and his/her family. Guides and supervises assigned nursing personnel, collaborates with other health care professionals, coordinates ancillary staff, functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of MRHC and within the legal framework of the State of Oklahoma.
