About the Role:
The RN Extern position is designed to provide nursing students or recent graduates with hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting under the supervision of licensed nurses and healthcare professionals. Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program or recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the healthcare facility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting, such as internships or volunteer work.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
