About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote patient health and well-being. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed effectively. This role demands a compassionate approach to patient interaction, ensuring emotional support alongside clinical care. Ultimately, your work will contribute significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to perform clinical nursing duties effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or pediatrics
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitoring patient responses
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with nursing best practices and healthcare regulations
