Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist serves as the front-line representative for our Urgent Care Clinic. This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely scheduling experience while supporting coordination of care across multiple service areas.

Eufaula Urgent Care
Schedule
Full time (non‑remote / on‑site)
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently across departments.
- Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information during pre-registration.
- Coordinate emergency add-on procedures and scheduling changes with appropriate departments.
- Maintain and distribute patient orders to appropriate areas.
