Ultimately, the PTA contributes significantly to enhancing patients' quality of life and functional independence through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver age-appropriate therapeutic interventions, evaluate patient responses to treatment, and adapt care plans to promote positive outcomes, functional independence, and patient satisfaction.
  • Accurately document patient care, progress, education, and discharge planning in accordance with MRHC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety precautions, and home care techniques to support ongoing rehabilitation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
