About the Role:
The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. This position involves working under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to implement treatment plans that improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. The PTA will engage directly with patients, providing therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to support their recovery goals. Success in this role requires a compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt treatments to individual patient needs. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an APTA approved associates degree program.
- Current licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
