We are seeking a full-time, on-site HR Generalist to join our team in Rocky Mount, VA. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and supporting our workplace culture through hands-on involvement in HR policies, employee benefits, and day-to-day human resources operations.
This position will focus heavily on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits enrollment, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a meaningful impact across the employee experience.
- Experience with UKG/Kronos (preferred)
- 5 years of relevant HR experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- HRCI or SHRM certification (preferred, not required)
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Ability to manage hiring metrics and review benefit invoices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
