Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 Base Salary Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Director of Admissions & Student Success to help lead the next phase of our growth.



Position Overview


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the student experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, onboarding, support, retention, and ongoing engagement.


This role combines:


* admissions,

* customer success,

* operational coordination,

* military program support,

* and student experience leadership.


This is not an entry-level administrative role.


We are looking for a true operator — someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, communicates exceptionally well, and thrives in fast-paced environments where responsiveness and follow-through matter.


The right person will become one of the key operational leaders within McAfee Institute.

Core Responsibilities


Admissions & Enrollment


* Respond to inbound leads, chats, emails, and phone calls

* Guide prospective students through certification options

* Conduct admissions consultations

* Follow up with leads consistently and professionally

* Assist students with enrollment and payment processes

* Send invoices and payment links

* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline organization


Student Success & Customer Experience


* Support students throughout their educational journey

* Resolve student concerns quickly and professionally

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

* Help improve retention and student outcomes

* Coordinate onboarding and ongoing communication


Military & Government Funding Programs


* Manage Military COOL and tuition assistance processes

* Assist military students with enrollment documentation

* Coordinate military benefit communications and tracking


Operations & Administrative Leadership


* Maintain organized workflows and systems

* Improve operational processes and efficiency

* Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time

* Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and support teams
