McAdams Millwright is seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and receptive to on-the-job training. This position will primarily involve grain bin repairs, grain bin installation, and general welding repair work. Pay will be based on previous experience, skill level, and willingness to learn.
Daily duties will include traveling in company work vehicles to various grain elevators and job sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues. Work may involve conveyors, legs, augers, grain bins, and other related agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate should be dependable, mechanically inclined, able to work with their hands, and willing to learn the millwright trade in a fast-paced work environment.
Pay: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour
