Overview
The Business Development Intern will support business development efforts through lead research, outreach support and CRM organization. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, client acquisition and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and comfortable communicating professionally while supporting outreach and internal administrative processes. This internship will also provide hands-on experience in HubSpot and the day-to-day systems that support agency growth.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective leads and companies that align with MCA’s target industries and services.
- Support outbound sales efforts through list building, lead organization and outreach.
- Assist with maintaining and updating contact records, deal stages and notes in HubSpot.
- Help organize sales pipelines and internal administrative tasks related to lead management.
- Support follow-up processes and internal tracking for outreach activity.
- Assist with keeping CRM data clean, accurate and up to date.
- Work with leadership on sales-related projects and marketing operations support as needed.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is preferred.
