What are the responsibilities and job description for the ISO Relationship Manager – Alternative Funding position at MCA Platform?
We are a fast-growing business funding company seeking an experienced ISO Relationship Manager to build, manage, and scale partnerships with ISOs and brokers nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the alternative lending space and knows how to turn strong relationships into consistent, high-quality deal flow. You will serve as the primary point of contact for ISO partners, helping them navigate submissions, structure deals, and drive funded volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with ISOs, brokers, and referral partners
- Recruit and onboard new ISO partners, educating them on our programs and submission process
- Act as the main point of contact for ISO partners from submission through funding
- Review deals, provide feedback, and assist with structuring approvals
- Drive increased deal volume through consistent follow-ups, promotions, and relationship management
- Coordinate closely with underwriting and sales teams to move files efficiently
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in MCA, alternative lending, or business funding
- Existing ISO or broker relationships strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and deals simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
