What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broker Relations Manager – Business Funding position at MCA Platform?
We're a rapidly expanding business funding company looking for an experienced Broker Relations Manager to develop, manage, and grow partnerships with ISOs and brokers across the U.S.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of alternative lending who knows how to cultivate broker relationships and drive consistent funding volume. You'll act as a key liaison between our broker partners and internal teams to ensure deals move smoothly from submission to funding.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with ISOs, brokers, and referral partners
- Recruit, onboard, and train new broker partners on our funding programs and submission process
- Serve as the primary contact for brokers throughout the deal lifecycle
- Review submissions, provide deal feedback, and assist with structuring approvals
- Proactively increase deal flow through relationship management, follow-ups, and promotions
- Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to ensure efficient file movement
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
What We're Looking For:
- Background in MCA, alternative lending, or business financing
- Established broker or ISO relationships preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple partners and active deals
- Performance-driven with the ability to work independently
