The Position
We are seeking a results-driven Director to lead essential components of our Business Consulting and Services engagements. This role combines hands-on financial and operational analysis with leadership of key workstreams and client interaction, driving impactful solutions and supporting client success. You will be pivotal in providing high-level analysis, managing project workstreams, and fostering strong client relationships across a diverse range of engagements.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and participation in negotiations.
· Prepare and review management presentations and confidential memorandums.
· Perform valuation analyses utilizing DCF, comparable company data, and cost approaches.
· Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, valuations, and damage calculations.
· Build and review 13-week cash flow models and liquidity forecasts.
· Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost cutting solutions.
· Design and implement restructuring plans for performance improvement.
· Support testifying expert witnesses in litigation engagements, including economic damage calculations and the preparation and review of expert and rebuttal reports.
· Present findings and facilitate discussions among clients and stakeholders.
· Cultivate and expand client relationships to drive practice growth and business development.

Qualifications
· CPA and/or MBA preferred.
· 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in operational and financial restructuring, accounting, or finance at a major accounting or restructuring firm.
· Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling skills.
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
