Train, coach, and motivate operators on safe work practices and company procedures. Monitor quality standards through operator inspections and testing. Manage workforce schedules, machine utilization, and material consumption. Conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and foster team morale and development. Drive continuous process improvement to optimize operations. Maintain required certifications, including forklift operation. What You Bring High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 3 years manufacturing experience; supervisory experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong math, communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. ✨ Lead a team, ensure quality, and drive excellence on the production line with Mitsubishi Chemical. The salary range for this position is $73.050-$91,312. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
