Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and project support to the HR Manager and HR Business Partner team to ensure effective execution of HR priorities and initiatives. This role supports core HR processes including employee records management, leave administration, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and employee communications. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, assists in the preparation of HR metrics and reporting, and contributes to the successful delivery of employee engagement programs and HR initiatives. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across functions, this role helps maintain compliant HR operations and supports a positive employee experience across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR Manager and HRBP team, ensuring HR priorities and initiatives are executed effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, LTD), track requests, and prepare leader correspondence for approvals and return-to-work status.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations to support leadership and HRBP initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Support execution of company-wide HR programs, including eNPS surveys, Webzine content coordination, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, termination paperwork, and exit interviews.
- Support HR in delivering communication campaigns that promote learning opportunities.
- Support preparation of reports for HR metrics, compliance audits, and leadership reviews.
- Provide occasional cross functional support to additional HR functions.

- Works effectively with HR team members and cross functional partners to support HR initiatives and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- Certifications: N/A
- Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience, preferably within Human Resources or a related business function.
- Internship or early career experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, or HR reporting preferred.
- Experience working with confidential information and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service or employee support in a professional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), or similar business tools required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent typing and data entry requiring hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching to retrieve files or attend meetings.
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs (files, training materials, or equipment).
Mental Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills to address employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with employees and leadership.

- Ability to analyze information, review documentation, and maintain accuracy when managing employee records, reports, and HR documentation.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a professional, climate-controlled office setting with exposure to standard office noise levels and lighting. The role routinely uses typical office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and related peripherals. Duties may involve extended periods of sitting, sustained computer work, and regular interaction with internal staff. Employees may occasionally access production areas, which may expose them to elevated noise levels, temperature variations, or manufacturing activity.
