As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations, ensuring communities are well-maintained, financially sound, and supported with excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with Board Members, residents, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports
- Solicit and compare bids for services and vendor contracts
- Attend and lead Board Meetings with confidence and professionalism
- Provide sound recommendations to assist Boards in effective decision-making
- Review and interpret financial statements, payables, and receivables
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the Assistant Property Manager
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain community standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and Board Members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proven experience in property management (HOA/Condo experience a plus)
- Licensed Community Association Manager (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
