Product Manager (Reporting and Analytics)

As our Product Manager for Reporting and Analytics, you’ll define the vision for our data products, ensuring our customers have the insights they need to grow. You’ll own the roadmap for reporting capabilities, guiding Agile teams to deliver analytics solutions that are both scalable and impactful.This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about building great products, understands the nuances of startup life, and knows how to bring process discipline without slowing down innovation. You’ll be a key driver of team alignment, helping build consensus and foster a collaborative, high-performing product culture—while keeping a sharp eye on business outcomes. You’ll work closely with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with company goals, roadmap execution, and strategic priorities. What You’ll Do Partner closely with data scientists and engineers to design, build, and enhance analytics-driven products.Develop AI-powered tools that surface actionable insights and support smarter business decisions.Build and evolve data visualization products and dashboards that make complex data intuitive and impactful.Lead initiatives to monitor and optimize conversion funnels, improving acquisition and retention performance.Implement and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product strategy.Develop lead scoring systems and other data modeling applications that enhance targeting and personalization.Drive a deep understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance, translating data into opportunities for optimization and growth.Collaborate with design teams (bonus if you’re comfortable in Figma) to create user experiences that make analytics accessible and engaging.Leverage BI and visualization tools to build scalable, reliable reporting solutions across the organization.What We’re Looking For 5 years of product management experience, preferably within a SaaS, analytics, or technology-driven environment.Proven success launching and managing AI-powered or data-centric products, from concept to release.Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.Hands-on experience working with data scientists to design, implement, and operationalize predictive models.Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics concepts and their application in reporting or marketing workflows.Deep knowledge of conversion funnels, attribution modeling, and A/B testing to inform optimization strategies.Demonstrated experience in building or enhancing data visualization products and translating complex data into intuitive user experiences.Strong background in writing clear product requirements, defining success metrics, and collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills; ability to align stakeholders and make data-backed decisions.Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of bringing structure to undefined or evolving problem spaces.Bonus PointsExperience in marketing technology, fintech, or analytics platforms.Proficiency in Figma, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), or other data visualization tools.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Craft.io, or Aha! for product planning and collaboration
