We’re currently seeking a motivated Project Manager with Sales experience to join our team and help drive sales while managing client projects from start to finish.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Project Manager – Sales is responsible for managing the full sales and installation cycle of countertop, shower, outdoor kitchens anything that you can put your mind too, If you dream it we can build it”. This includes client acquisition, consultation, estimating, closing sales, and coordinating all aspects of project execution—from templating and fabrication to installation making the clients experience different than other companies. This role bridges the gap between sales and operations, ensuring that clients receive a seamless experience.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Proactively generate and follow up on leads (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, etc.)

· Saturdays are required, very light travel may be required

· Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide product recommendations

· Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals in a timely and professionally manner.

· Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle

· Coordinate site measurements, material selections, fabrication timelines, and installation scheduling

· Communicate clearly with manager, fabrication and installation teams to ensure

project accuracy and timeliness

· Handle any issues or changes that arise during the project

· Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the project

· Maintain up-to-date records in CRM or project management software

The position requires solid communication, interpersonal, and change management skills working with other departments to deliver the best results and customer service.The candidate must be results-oriented with demonstrated conscientiousness, perseverance and tenacity. The candidate must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality, and customer care.

SUPERVISOR: Sales Manager

EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2-3 years in sales preferred

· Experience with sales in construction, remodeling, or countertops preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM tools

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time

· Ability to meet set deadlines

· Familiarity with countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) is a strong plus

· Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
