MC Community Services is a locally-owned agency based in Lincoln. We're not a staffing company and we're not a franchise. We're a small team of people who live and work in the same communities we serve - and we're growing fast.
We're hiring BHPs to work one-on-one with kids and young adults (up to age 20) in their homes and out in the community. You'll help them build real, everyday skills — things like making friends, managing emotions, communicating, and becoming more independent. It's hands-on work that makes a real difference in a kid's life.
Your Pay
$18/hr while you train → automatic bump to $20/hr once you're certified → up to $23/hr with experience.
On top of that, we run a monthly profit-sharing bonus program. BHPs earn between $25 and $140 extra every month based on hours worked. Over 70% of our team qualifies every single month, and we've funded it 100% of the time since we launched it. That's not a promise on a poster — it's what's actually happening.

What You Need
A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a real interest in working with kids.
We handle everything else. Paid training takes about 1–2 months, and our supervisors average over 12 years of experience. You won't be left figuring things out on your own.
